Ketamine Therapy - ON PAUSE
Ketamine therapy is an evidence based and safe medicine. A sublingual ketamine dose with therapy can support in increase neuroplsiticty, cognitive flexibility, and lower defenses. This allows for rewiring habitual ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving and decreasing emotional distress.

This is an ideal choice for employers or managers to bring to their employees. Curated workshops targeting topics of burnout, immigrant and cultural stressors, improving emotional health, self-care, and general mental health education. This incoudes a complementary consultation call so that the workshop can be developed for your specific needs.
